Maximize Productive Time: Perform high‑quality repairs and routine maintenance to maintain strong flat‑rate performance. Build Customer Confidence: Clearly explain repair needs and options to support approvals and drive additional work. Document for Accuracy & Pay: Complete clear, accurate repair documentation to ensure proper billing and maximize earned hours.
