What the Role Looks Like: Consistent workflow from two brands - no shortage of hours Mix of warranty, customer-pay, and internal work Work on both luxury vehicles and high-volume units Modern shop with up-to-date equipment and tooling Strong service advisors and dispatch to keep work flowing Opportunities for continued training and brand certification

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive service technician
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to efficiently complete work while maintaining quality
• Experience with both routine maintenance and complex repairs
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
