Requirements

• 2+ years of professional window cleaning experience
• Experience using squeegee techniques and water-fed pole systems
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in perfect results
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
• Physically capable of lifting equipment and working on your feet
• Professional with customers and property managers
• Able to work independently and manage job sites

Nice To Haves

• Experience with power washing is a plus (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Professional cleaning of residential and commercial windows
• Interior and exterior glass cleaning
• Screen cleaning and track detailing
• Use of squeegees, water-fed poles, and professional window cleaning tools
• Ladder work when necessary
• Pressure washing building exteriors, sidewalks, and patios
• Soft washing siding, roofs, and delicate surfaces
• Cleaning entryways, parking lots, and common areas
• Operating professional power washing equipment
• Maintaining a clean and organized truck and equipment
