The Window Tint Technician is responsible for professionally installing high-quality window film on new and preowned vehicles while maintaining dealership, manufacturer, and corporate standards. This role directly impacts vehicle presentation, guest satisfaction, and overall dealership reputation.
Requirements
- Proven experience installing automotive window tint (dealership experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of film application techniques and cutting methods
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Team-oriented mindset
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Professionally install window tint on new and preowned inventory vehicles
- Ensure consistent, bubble-free, contamination-free applications
- Inspect vehicles pre- and post-installation to protect paint, trim, and interior
- Follow all manufacturer, corporate, and compliance standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with Sales, Service, and Recon teams
- Meet production timelines while maintaining exceptional quality
- Handle special guest requests with care and attention to detail
- Uphold safety standards and proper equipment handling
