PG&E is seeking an experienced performance and analytics professional to serve as the Expert Program Manager – Performance Reporting within Electric Risk and Compliance. In this role, you will lead initiatives to define, implement, and optimize performance measurement frameworks across Electric Risk and Compliance. Responsibilities include aligning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and maturity metrics with strategic objectives, regulatory expectations, and operational priorities in support of PG&E’s True North Strategy. You will collaborate closely with Data Analysis and Tools teams to ensure that the right data is gathered, validated, and leveraged to produce actionable insights. The Expert Program Manager will also identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate problem solving sessions when metrics and KPIs are offtrack, ensuring corrective actions are effectively prioritized and monitored. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. A reasonable salary range is: Minimum Base Salary (Bay Area) $129,000.00 Mid Base Salary (Bay Area) $168,000.00 Maximum Base Salary (Bay Area) $207,000.00 Minimum Base Salary (California) $123,000.00 Mid Base Salary (California) $160,000.00 Maximum Base Salary (California) $197,000.00
