About The Position

Own the full lifecycle of software products or major features, from discovery through launch and iteration Define and communicate product requirements, priorities, and success metrics aligned to broader portfolio strategy Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform roadmap decisions Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and platforms to improve customer experiences Partner closely with engineering and UX to deliver high-quality, customer-centric software Drive cross-functional alignment across commercial, marketing, partnerships, and operational teams Track and analyze product performance using data and customer feedback to guide iteration Represent the product in planning forums, reviews, and cross-team working sessions Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights and validate solutions Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the product organization Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Complexity Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. The pay range for this role is $133.600 to $260,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related field
  • 7+ years of experience in software product management or related roles
  • Experience delivering customer-facing software products in a technology-driven environment
  • Familiarity working in agile, cross-functional, and globally distributed teams
  • Led product features or initiatives from concept through launch
  • Built and maintained product roadmaps in fast-paced environments
  • Collaborated closely with engineering and UX teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Used data and customer insights to inform prioritization and decision-making
  • Demonstrated strong stakeholder management across functions and levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs and measure impact
