Requirements

• Previous expo or line cook experience in a fast paced kitchen preferred
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers throughout the restaurant
• Possess a passion for hospitality and a love of the food & beverage industry
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires frequent bending, reaching overhead, and twisting. Must be able to stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.

Responsibilities

• Focus on expoing, ensuring that dishes are prepared and plated correctly before leaving the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively between the kitchen and service team to guarantee seamless coordination.
• Run food to tables promptly, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation.
• Maintain a clean and presentable work environment, including the expo station.
• Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor during service, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests and teammates.
• Be safety-conscious, promoting a secure environment for guests and staff alike.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the team and ensure smooth operations.
