Fondomonte Arizona LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Export Documentation Specialist to support our shipping operations. The Export Documentation Specialist will be responsible for handling and processing export documentation that is required for exporting products and customer needs. General office tasks and administrative duties, such as direct communication between colleagues and customers, organizing schedules and events, entering data, and all other administrative functions directed by the Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and plays an important role in supporting global logistics operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a sometimes fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This is an in-office position M-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM with some potential additional hours during peak season.
