About The Position

Sells and schedules needed express service work in the service department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Promptly and professionally greet clients on the drive for express maintenance Obtain client and vehicle information Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle Prepare a complete and accurate estimate for the work being performed Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update clients frequently Explain the repair process, review the inspection results after the oil change has been completed while providing an active delivery (review of services performed) of the finished vehicle. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Valid Driver's License
