Requirements

• Reliable and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work weekends (rotating schedule)

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory or team leader experience in retail, restaurant, or service industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Train directly under experienced managers to learn every part of our operation
• Lead by example—greet customers with enthusiasm and ensure each visit exceeds expectations
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, site cleanliness, and minor maintenance
• Manage open/close procedures and ensure safety and efficiency on-site
• Promote memberships and drive customer loyalty through excellent service and communication
• Work hands-on with the team—keep the wash running smoothly and jump in wherever needed
