About The Position

Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Pocatello Now Hiring: Express Lube Advisor! Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm; rotating Saturdays 8:00am - 4:00pm Pay: Base Pay + Commission Responsibilities: The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. Qualifications: Communication skills – communicates effectively with others. Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others. Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders. Basic computer & cost calculation skills. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Requirements
