Service Advisors are usually the first and last impression a customer has with a shop. They're the ones who greet customers, listen to their concerns, communicate to a team of automotive technicians to provide a solution to their maintenance needs, and act as the liaison between the shop and the customer. Pay is base plus commission and will be paid out weekly. Bilingual is required. Express Service Advisors mainly deal with quick lane services like oil changes and light maintenance. Customer service is of upmost importance and all advisors are graded on this.
