What You'll Do: As a Express Writer, you'll take charge of the customer experience from start to finish—managing repair orders, setting accurate expectations, and serving as the critical link between the customer and the technician. Your Day to Day As an Express Lube Advisor, you’ll be the first impression and the trusted voice between our customers and technicians. You’ll: Greet every guest with professionalism and warmth Listen actively and identify their service needs Clearly communicate recommendations and solutions Ensure every customer leaves with confidence and satisfaction Your Talents: A customer-first mindset Strong communication skills A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment A passion for the automotive industry (experience is a plus!)
