The Lender Relations Specialist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality support for our lenders, sellers and Copart. This position requires a highly professional, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively across departments, and consistently uphold a high standard of service in all communication channels. The Lender Relations Specialist also plays an essential role in building and maintaining lender and Copart relationships through professional communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional and timely email support to lender partners and internal agents. Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for issue resolution, escalations, and troubleshooting support. Train team members on department processes, tools, and best practices to ensure a consistent high level of performance. Conduct audits to ensure process accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. Assist in creating and delivering presentations and training sessions for internal stakeholders and external partners. Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned. Maintain detailed documentation of communications, issues, and resolutions. Proactively identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency. Foster positive and collaborative team dynamics across the department. Specific Day-to-Day Department Responsibilities Conduct demos of the lender portal product for potential and existing lender partners. Lead onboarding sessions and training for new lenders or internal team members, ensuring they are proficient in portal processes. Manage ongoing lender relations and communications, serving as the primary contact for questions, updates, and support. Maintain and update all necessary information for lender portal lenders, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Communicate portal updates, enhancements, and product changes to lender partners. Actively sell the lender portal product, highlighting benefits and features to drive adoption and engagement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, email support, or operations (lending or financial services experience plus).
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a professional tone and attention to grammar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with a team are important.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Proficiency in using email platforms, spreadsheets, and other communication tools is important.
  • Comfortable presentation and speaking in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experienced in creating reports, charts, and operational tools.
