McGrath Dubuque Chevy is looking for motivated individuals who want to start a hands-on career in the automotive industry. No prior automotive experience is required. Requirements
- Reliable work history and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service department
- Experience in tire shops, parts stores, or retail automotive environments is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
- Replace filters, wiper blades, and most bulbs
- Assist technicians with vehicle preparation and basic service procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Learn diagnostic tools and service procedures as part of your training and development
