Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record for the past three years

Responsibilities

Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Perform routine maintenance including oil and filter changes, tire rotations, balancing, and cooling system flushes
Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replenish as necessary
Check and adjust tire pressure
Perform safety inspections and recommend additional maintenance or services when needed
Communicate with the parts department to obtain required parts
Notify the service advisor if additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time
Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders
Road test vehicles when required
Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and stay current with technical bulletins
Maintain a clean and organized shop area
Handle and store dealership tools and equipment properly
Follow all federal, state, and local regulations including safety and hazardous waste procedures
Report equipment malfunctions or safety issues to management immediately
Ensure customer vehicles remain clean and notify advisors if any issues arise
Perform other duties as assigned
