About The Position

• Communicate detailed event needs across multiple departments (Brand, Production, Events). • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of approved events from pre-production, onsite and post-production, including hospitality/catering, set up, production, A/V, and all approved vendors. • Manage event requests and JMLC Calendar. • Onsite management for all events assigned to role. First in, Last out. • General understanding of Production systems (i.e. Zoom Rooms). • Understand and manage communication regarding building restraints and ministry overlap. • Respond to all external inquiries requesting building use (LV, SL). • Understand and obtain key leadership approval for appropriate external ministry partnerships, 12Stone policy, culture and general availability. • Manage vendor relationships and maintain “preferred” lists. • Obtain and maintain Certificate of Insurance Policies for vendors and events requestors. • Manage contracts for external facility agreements, including estimates for facility and production. • Lead and manage site inspections/tours for prospective facility agreements. • Accounting – POs, billing and invoicing for facility agreements. • Technology/External Software - Wufoo, eSpace, Outlook Calendar, Planning Center, Asana • Technology/External Software – Wufoo, eSpace, Outlook Calendar, Planning Center, Asana.

Requirements

  • Must attend 12Stone® Church
  • 3-5 years’ experience in church ministry leadership, education, or corporate experience that translates into a ministry environment
  • Understanding of experience-based group travel planning, booking and itineraries
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Highly relational and works well with others
  • Exemplary oral & written skills
  • Strong understanding of systems, databases, and list management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
