To operate, troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment. Lead, direct and coach hourly employees. Must be able to work well with others and lead by positive example. Must demonstrate a willingness to work safely and encourage others around them to work safely and to use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment. Must have thorough knowledge and ability to fill in for any role within the Rivland operation. Must be willing and capable of learning all Rivland Operations including: Flour milling operations Bagging and bulk loading operations Extrusion and extrusion milling Warehousing and Storage Shipping and Receiving Complete and review required daily, weekly and monthly paperwork – hourly quality checks, food safety documentation, daily production check sheets, preoperational inspections and daily, weekly and monthly ERP reporting. Must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Lockout / Tag out procedures, Confined Space procedures, and all safety procedures. Communicate well with other key departments. Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Safety, Sanitation, and peers in other departments. Must be able to express departmental needs. Must have a general knowledge and understanding of PLC’s. Must possess sound decision-making skills, critical thinking and reasoning.
