About The Position

Food & Beverage Attendant- Days and Swings Shift SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for creating the overall guest experience, taking, and filling food/beverage orders, completing side work, maintaining health code standards, and providing excellent customer service for our guests as defined by outlet standards. Pay rate is $15.00/hour, plus shared tips. We are needing people with open availability for Days and Swings.

Requirements

Must be 19 years or older.
High school Diploma or education equivalent required.
Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch screen technology.
Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.
Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License.
Food Handler, ServSafe Certification, TIPS Alcohol Certification

Nice To Haves

Previous server and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.
Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly quality service to all guests of the casino.
Complies with cash-handling procedures.
Maintains current and accurate knowledge of all menu items.
Reviews with guest all food and beverage items to ensure accuracy of order.
Learns guests’ preferences and make recommendations based on preferences.
Cleans and organizes workstations according to department standards and health requirements.
Must comply with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations.
Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.
Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times.
Always present oneself with a neat and clean appearance.
Performs other duties as assigned.
