Key Responsibilities include: - Supervising front-of-house service to ensure exceptional guest experiences - Supporting, training, and coaching service staff while upholding brand and service standards - Assisting with scheduling, shift coverage, and labor efficiency - Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards - Addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction - Working closely with restaurant management and culinary leadership to execute smooth service - Assisting with inventory control, ordering, and daily operational needs - Maintaining a strong, visible presence on the floor during service Qualifications: - 1–3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Ability to lead by example and maintain service standards - Familiarity with POS systems and basic labor management - Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays - Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury property
