Ensures maximum levels of guest service are experienced by dining room guests by quickly and efficiently stripping, cleaning and resetting tables. Cleans and restocks the bars, concessions and dining rooms with required supply items. Delivers food from commissary to Food and Beverage Venues. Follows all operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations and departmental policies and procedures. Ensures appearance of assigned station or service areas are maintained in a clean and functional manner. Demonstrates an upbeat and outgoing demeanor while on duty. Promotes outstanding customer relations. Must be knowledgeable in food and beverage sanitation, guest service, and inventory control policies, practices, and protocols. Notifies appropriate staff members when assistance is needed. Demonstrates an upbeat and outgoing demeanor while on duty. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols. Promotes outstanding customer relations. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by reporting senior.
