Requirements

• Previous automotive F&I Manager experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of dealership finance processes and lender programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and menu selling

Responsibilities

• Present and explain financing and leasing options to customers in a clear and professional manner
• Secure financing through a network of lenders while maximizing approval opportunities
• Offer and explain vehicle protection products such as extended service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other F&I products
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth deal flow and customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly finance and product penetration goals
• Maintain full compliance with all state and federal regulations
