Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? This Component Aftermarket Integration Product Team (CAIPT) Leader will manage DCT hardware comprised of the Diffuser, Combustor, and Turbine. This CAIPT leader will lead a cross-functional team of professionals including CSE, CIPT Engineering, ASE, F135 Sustainment, Military Engines Sustainment Operations, & ELMT. CAIPT leaders lead sustainment activity within the CIPT, as well as coordinate between Engineering and Sustainment. You will establish and execute aftermarket support strategy while identifying, and assessing risks for mitigation. The CAIPT regularly reports and presents at key meetings with customers while also initiating a rapid response to immediate needs, issues, and concerns. As a Lead, you are responsible for mitigating new urgent items, while also completing proactive efforts to reduce future issues, and implementing systemic improvements with their cross-functional teams to ensure hardware availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 years of engineering or program management experience or an advanced degree with 7 years of engineering or program management experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • At least 2 years of supervisory/management or team leading experience

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of propulsion system sustainment experience
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Current Security Clearance is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Owner of cradle to grave sustainment items on DCT hardware
  • Lead the cross-functional team ensuring hardware support and reducing program risks
  • Understands and communicates hardware concerns to all team members to ensure timely resolution
  • Expose gaps and identify solutions for hardware supportability
  • Present at various meetings to update the larger audience of updates and issues on a regular basis, as well as representing PW as a primary customer contact
  • Understands roles and responsibilities of all CAIPT team members
