Requirements

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the fabrication department, ensuring timely project completion.
Manage a team of fabricators, providing guidance and training to enhance skills and productivity.
Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in optimal working condition for high-quality output.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to foster a safe working environment.
Monitor inventory levels and order materials as necessary to meet production demands.
Analyze production processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications on all projects.
