About The Position

GTI Energy manufactures complex modular systems requiring mechanical assembly, electrical integration, and system-level build execution. Integration operations combine structural, mechanical, and electrical components into finished modular products. Position Overview GTI Energy is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor – Integration to lead mechanical and electrical assembly operations. This role supervises assembly technicians performing electro-mechanical integration, final assembly, and system build activities within modular manufacturing programs. The Integration Supervisor ensures assemblies are built to drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule performance.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of supervisory experience in mechanical assembly or electrical assembly
  • Experience managing assembly teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
  • Strong understanding of electro-mechanical assembly processes
  • Experience troubleshooting assembly and integration issues
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with modular systems, enclosures, or industrial equipment
  • Background in electrical panel installation or harness routing
  • Familiarity with torque specifications and quality verification

Responsibilities

  • Supervise mechanical and electrical assembly operations on the production floor
  • Lead teams performing electro-mechanical assembly and system integration
  • Ensure assemblies meet mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications
  • Oversee installation of components, subsystems, panels, cable routing, and hardware
  • Verify torque, alignment, fastening, grounding, and cable management practices
  • Partner with Engineering to resolve assembly, fitment, and integration issues
  • Enforce quality standards and in-process inspections
  • Track assembly progress against production schedules and takt targets
  • Enforce safety practices including lockout/tagout and electrical safety
  • Support training and development of assembly technicians
  • Drive improvements in assembly efficiency and repeatability
