Join Social Futures as a Fleet & Facilities Officer and play a vital role in supporting the safe, efficient and sustainable operation of our workplaces and vehicle fleet. As part of our Business, Integration and Strategy Branch, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth responses to fleet and facility service requests across the organisation. In this dynamic role, you’ll deliver professional, friendly customer service via phone, online and face-to-face interactions, manage service requests and record systems, liaise with real estate agents and contractors, and coordinate building, room and vehicle bookings. You’ll ensure timely, confidential information sharing and escalate issues when required. We’re seeking someone highly organised, responsive and customer-focused, who can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to communicate clearly, respond compassionately and uphold Social Futures’ values will be key to your success.
