SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Facilities and Logistics Technician to support an opportunity at WPAFB, OH. Position Overview Section The service provider is expected to support access, inventory, and shipping support from various Government locations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Manage business and Information Technology (IT) inventory
- Document and ship
- Access control and greeting at AFWERX workplace locations, and other sites (i.e., Hubs) as required
- Conference room scheduling
- Conference room audio-visual setup, configuration, and support
- Provide planning and day of support to events
- Maintain daily presence as required
- Serve as a receptionist at the hub or site
- Focal point for location as the public facing representative within the AFWERX storefront
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) / Intake visitors, update CRM tracker including support for Customer Retention and transition into applicable systems in use by AFWERX
- Visit Coordination Intake visit requests and scheduling
