The Facilities Applications Analyst will be responsible for supporting Facilities leadership in identifying and acting on growth opportunities using a data-driven approach to improve application utilization, performance and data accuracy. Specifically, this role directly supports management and the facility operations team by providing subject matter expertise, quality control and user training resources for one or more applications, such as Smartsheet, M365, and GitHub. Strong learning, teaming and teaching skills are highly valued and required. Demonstrated commitment to growth in application knowledge is expected, and behavior and actions that are in alignment with the QTS Customer Creed.
