Job Summary/General Purpose of Job This position is responsible for the day to day operations and support services of the American Bar Association’s Chicago facility encompassing a wide range of financial and operational functions. Core duties include coordinating operational logistics, handling all shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring the accuracy and upkeep of the department’s digital communications. Together, these responsibilities help maintain smooth, efficient operations across the department and support the broader needs of the organization. Additional duties include supporting facilities functions by assisting staff with building service requests and coordinating in house meetings.
