About The Position

We are seeking a Store Facilities Specialist to travel between our locations and help maintain a clean, safe, and professional store environment. This position focuses on deep cleaning and exterior upkeep tasks that go beyond the day-to-day responsibilities of store staff.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and manage daily travel between stores
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean environments
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, standing, and operating cleaning equipment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work weekend, holiday and evening hours when necessary

Nice To Haves

• Previous cleaning, facilities, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Travel to company store locations to perform scheduled cleaning and upkeep tasks
• Power wash sidewalks, building exteriors, and fueling areas
• Clean gas and diesel pumps
• Clean interior and exterior windows
• Deep clean kitchen areas and other high-use store spaces
• Perform general deep cleaning and appearance-related tasks throughout the store
• Handle cleaning and upkeep tasks that are beyond the scope of routine store staff responsibilities
• Safely operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers and other tools
• Follow safety procedures and company standards while performing work
• Communicate with store managers regarding completed work and additional needs
