POSITION: Facilities Coordinator PURPOSE: The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate the upkeep of the Alliance for Living (AFL) facilities. AFL facilities are considered the building’s exterior, including grounds, and interior as well as Agency vehicles. This position will perform maintenance and driving duties including light cleaning, supply pickup/drop-off, yard work, and repairs as well as coordinating with outside contractors to ensure they have access to the property to complete work when needed. CLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt, at-will position. Full-time, benefits eligible. POSITION REPORTS TO: COO
