We are seeking an experienced and motivated Facilities Flex Crew team member to assist with events set up throughout the arena. What You Will Do: Participate in the preparation, setup and completion of conversions and all aspects of events as needed. Assemble basketball courts, stages, and all aspects of events as needed. Interact with internal departments to meet their day-to-day building needs. What We Need from Our Facilities Flex Crew: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to lift an excess of 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently. Ability to communicate via work radio. Experience/ Education Requirements: High school diploma, GED or relevant experience What You Can Expect: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by Facilities Flex Crew to optimally perform the essential functions of this role. Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the radio and in-person.
