About The Position
Mountain Vista Senior Living is hiring a Grounds Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and appearance of our beautiful senior living community. Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of groundskeeping equipment and safety practices
Nice To Haves
- Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- Experience with snow removal equipment
Responsibilities
- Maintain outdoor grounds including lawns, landscaping, and walkways
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal clean-up
- Assist with snow removal and ice management during winter months
- Ensure outdoor areas are safe, clean, and visually appealing
- Monitor and maintain basic irrigation systems
- Perform minor outdoor repairs and report maintenance needs
- Support overall campus appearance and safety standards
