Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and top-quality recreational vehicles. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance professional to join our team.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and construction.
  • Carpentry and painting skills.
  • Ability to perform repairs and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of our facilities.
  • Conducting regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
  • Carpentry, painting, drywall/finishing and flooring
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of facilities, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
  • Lawn Maintenance and general groundskeeping duties
  • Coordinating with external contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance.
  • Keeping inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and ensuring proper storage and usage.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
  • Assisting with other duties as assigned.
