Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and top-quality recreational vehicles. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance professional to join our team.

Requirements

Prior experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
Intermediate knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and construction.
Carpentry and painting skills.
Ability to perform repairs and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Flexible and adaptable to changing maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

Performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of our facilities.
Conducting regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
Carpentry, painting, drywall/finishing and flooring
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of facilities, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Lawn Maintenance and general groundskeeping duties
Coordinating with external contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance.
Keeping inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and ensuring proper storage and usage.
Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Assisting with other duties as assigned.
