About The Position

To deliver that level of service, our facility must operate like a well-oiled machine. We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance II specialist to join our team in Mooresboro. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role for someone who takes pride in ownership-ensuring our location remains safe, functional, and professional, both inside the warehouse and across the grounds. Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance and repairs is required. If you have a background as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, we want to see it.
Proficiency with hardware tools, power equipment, and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to lift and transport up to 75 lbs. You should be comfortable working from standing, kneeling, sitting, or stooping positions for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if an emergency facility need arises.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

Ability to operate a forklift is a major advantage.

Responsibilities

Perform light-duty electrical wiring and troubleshoot industrial equipment
Handle general plumbing repairs
Manage daily building maintenance tasks
Landscaping Support: Take ownership of the facility's first impression by mowing, trimming, edging, and garden upkeep.
Ensure the property is free of debris and that all work complies with OSHA and EPA regulations.
Maintain meticulous records as required by City, State, and Federal guidelines.
