About The Position

As a solution concierge, we handle everything from high-tech deployments to complex supply chain management for Fortune 500 companies. To deliver that level of service, our facility must operate like a well-oiled machine. We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance II specialist to join our team in Mooresboro. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role for someone who takes pride in ownership-ensuring our location remains safe, functional, and professional, both inside the warehouse and across the grounds. If you are a jack-of-all-trades with a master-of-one mindset, we have a place for you.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in maintenance and repairs is required. If you have a background as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, we want to see it.
  • Proficiency with hardware tools, power equipment, and a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 75 lbs. You should be comfortable working from standing, kneeling, sitting, or stooping positions for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if an emergency facility need arises.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to operate a forklift is a major advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Perform light-duty electrical wiring and troubleshoot industrial equipment
  • Handle general plumbing repairs
  • Manage daily building maintenance tasks
  • Landscaping Support: Take ownership of the facility's first impression by mowing, trimming, edging, and garden upkeep.
  • Ensure the property is free of debris and that all work complies with OSHA and EPA regulations.
  • Maintain meticulous records as required by City, State, and Federal guidelines.
