About The Position

The Facilities Maintenance Tech will perform maintenance duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager. Performs manual repairs as needed; cleaning in all areas of the facility; maintain the grounds to include mowing, trimming hedges, mulching; sweeping sidewalks, parking lots; snow, and ice removal, etc. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs routine facility/building maintenance and equipment maintenance Identifies and coordinates repairs or improvements in accordance with company standards Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming Services and supplies restrooms Empties all trash cans; consolidate trash for pickup; ensures all recycling programs and policies are implemented and followed Familiar with MSDS, storing and using chemicals safely, and proper chemical disposal Some painting, lighting, ceiling tile replacements, window cleaning Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision SAFETY Due to the physical requirements, as well as the need to maintain a high level of alertness in the work environment, this is a safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma/GED
