Shift and Hours: Day Shift – 5:00am to 1:30pm Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Compensation: $22/hr DOE Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, and Holiday Pay What You’ll Be Doing Entry-level role responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and general facility upkeep to support safe and efficient operations across TransPak facilities.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to use common hand and power tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions and checklists.
• MUST Be Bilingual (Eng + Spn)

• Preventive Maintenance – 40%

• Report equipment defects or maintenance needs promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure equipment knowledge before operating.
• Speak up and intervene when observing unsafe conditions or behavior.
• Work efficiently and follow standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with facility projects.
• Support special tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Participate in training or meetings as required.
