POSITION SUMMARY: The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and grounds. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and functional environment for all occupants and visitors. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety and building codes. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance projects. Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and service logs. Ensure cleanliness and safety of the work environment, adhering to OSHA and other regulatory guidelines.
