As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our people, equipment, and infrastructure running smoothly.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience within the last 7 years in building system maintenance or facility operations.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, web navigation).
Mechanical aptitude with basic electrical troubleshooting.
Ability to safely use electrical multimeters and follow electrical safe‑work practices.

Responsibilities

Maintain all facility areas to ensure they remain inspection‑ready.
Perform indoor/outdoor building inspections including grounds, parking lots, signage, sidewalks, and structures.
Conduct general building repairs: roofs, flooring, doors, walls, windows, ceiling tiles, lighting, furniture, and plumbing systems.
Execute painting projects throughout the facility including hallways, rooms, structural areas, and 5S zone markings.
Support snow removal, outdoor labor tasks, and seasonal grounds upkeep.
Perform preventive maintenance on rooftop units and non‑ammonia intake/exhaust systems.
Use CMMS (SAP) to complete, track, and close out work orders daily.
Coordinate and support contractors performing on‑site service work.
Use proper job permits, risk assessments, and inspections for all tasks.
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
Participate in job‑specific training (classroom and hands‑on).
Ensure all work follows safety, quality, and compliance standards.
