Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in janitorial or facility services.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to conduct thorough inspections and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications including MS Office.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise night shift staff and independent contractors to ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of client facilities and address any issues promptly.
  • Submit detailed nightly reports to management highlighting completed work, challenges, and client feedback.
  • Maintain effective communication with both crew members and daytime management teams to coordinate operations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Support training and development efforts for night crew members.
  • Handle client communications, addressing concerns or special requests in a professional and timely manner, utilizing bilingual skills.
