About The Position

The Facilities Project Manager serves as project manager on all major and minor projects concerning all UFP clinics and departments, including but not limited to: New construction, renovations and remodeling, moves and relocations, installations and Facility repair while maintaining appropriate quality and design standards. Directs and manages the financial performance of projects in a cost-effective manner and keeps projects on task. Prepares source documents for architect relative to floor plans, casework, outlets, phone and computer connections, furniture and equipment layout.

Requirements

  • B.S. strongly preferred in Business, Building Construction or related field. 3 years facility project management can substitute for degree.
  • Must have experience in project management and general knowledge of building codes, AHCA standards.
  • Two years supervisory experience recommended.
  • Initiative, analytical, multitasking abilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential.
