About The Position
JOB SUMMARY An entry level position that performs a variety of general maintenance/construction duties; inspecting, repairing, maintaining buildings and equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent within 12 months of hire
- One year in building maintenance and equipment repair, preferable in a health care setting
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge in one or more of the following trades: Painting, Carpentry, Maintenance, Electrical, HVAC and Locksmith
- Basic computer skills
- Read blue prints
- Valid California driver’s license
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Employee provides personal basic hand tools
- Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification preferred
- Locksmith certification/bonded and HVAC EPA certification as applicable
