Competitive pay of $26.56-$31.31 per hour Who you are: We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician for a full time role working in a clinical and administrative setting. As a member of the facilities team, the Facilities Technician provides delivery and other supportive services for all MACT sites.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years of trade work experience.
  • Customer service, communication and reliable work skills.
  • Ability to life 60 lbs.
  • Must pass Occupational Health Screening.
  • Must possess a valid form of identification as listed on the U.S. Department of Justice I-9 form, verified using the E Verify system.
  • Clean DMV driving record and MACT auto insurance driving eligibility (determined by auto insurance carrier).

Nice To Haves

  • Current BLS/ALS certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of routine semi-skilled maintenance such as minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical and landscaping.
  • Assemble, repair, maintain and move furniture such as desks, cabinets, etc.
  • Conduct inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems, replace filters, and identify and report more complex needs to supervisor.
  • Inspect facilities and grounds for safety and security. Report hazardous conditions to supervisor.
  • Properly deliver items between MACT locations.
  • Perform other duties, including attending special events, as assigned.
