About The Position

Paul Logistics is seeking a dependable Facility Attendant to help monitor activity at our Tulsa facility during evening and overnight hours. This role helps ensure our property, equipment, and yard operations remain orderly while providing a consistent on-site presence. The Facility Attendant supports the overall safety and organization of our facility by monitoring activity, assisting drivers when needed, and reporting any unusual situations. The Facility Attendant serves as the primary on-site presence during assigned shifts, helping oversee activity across the yard and facility. This role focuses on observation, communication, and general facility oversight to help maintain a safe and well-managed environment during non-business hours. Requirements

  • Prior experience in facility monitoring, security, transportation yards, or dispatch is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills required (email, reporting, and data entry)
  • Ability to remain alert, attentive, and professional throughout the shift
  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license
  • Must successfully pass a background screening

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and periodically patrol facility grounds to help maintain a safe and orderly environment
  • Control access to company property and verify that visitors or drivers have proper authorization
  • Observe and report unusual activity, safety concerns, or incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond appropriately to alarms, incidents, or other facility issues that may arise during the shift
  • Answer after-hours breakdown calls and relay accurate information to the appropriate department
  • Maintain daily activity logs and complete incident reports as needed
  • Use basic computer systems and communication tools to document activity and communicate with internal teams
  • Coordinate with maintenance, safety, and operations teams when situations require additional support
