This position is responsible for ensuring that all rentals and scheduled activities run smoothly, safely, and in accordance with facility policies. The Facility Coordinator serves as the on-site point of contact during rentals and plays a key role in maintaining the appearance, functionality, and readiness of all assigned spaces. This position requires a strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively to unexpected situations. The Facility Coordinator represents the department during all assigned shifts and is expected to provide professional and courteous service at all times.
