EEO/M/F/D/V FACILITY MAINTENANCE / BOILER OPERATOR Operates and maintains boilers, air compressors, wastewater storage, fire pumps and all related fire protection equipment. Patrols internal and external property, investigates and/or reports unusual or suspicious situations. Maintains logs and records, enforces the organization’s security procedures and regulations during and after normal work hours. Assists with, and trains for, emergency situations. Handles the removal of recyclables, waste and other unneeded items throughout the facility. Performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility and grounds. Supports the maintenance department as needed. Completes other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in facility maintenance or boiler operations.
• Must be able to work individually with little Supervision and work well in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• 5 years of relevant experience in industrial facility and grounds maintenance.
• Current low pressure boiler operator’s license.

Responsibilities
