The Facilities Maintenance team member is responsible for performing the daily duties to keep and maintain the distribution center facility, grounds and warehouse equipment in a clean and presentable state. This role is part of the Operations/Facilities team. Here's more of what you will do... (Okay, not all in one day!) Keeps all areas of the warehouse floor swept & scrubbed. Keeps all warehouse walls, curbs, rails & overhead doors washed cleaned as needed. Keeps sweeper & scrubber clean at all times; and maintains oil and water levels. Sprays down and cleans around trash compactor on a daily basis. Keeps all parking areas clean and steam cleans areas as needed. Assists with the painting and other miscellaneous maintenance tasks as needed or required. Performs general yard and grounds maintenance. This list is not all inclusive of other tasks and subtasks that may be necessary in performing this role, but rather an overview of the role’s primary work tasks.

Requirements

18 years of Age or Older
Ability to Read and Understand English
Basic Math Comprehension
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to pull/push a load up to 70 lbs.
Bends, stoops, squats, kneels, crouches, crawls, climbs ladders and stairs, stands, walks, and turns/pivots frequently throughout duration of workday.
Ability to operate facility equipment required for role.
Ability to speak, hear, and see is required to communicate with employees, and to operate varied facility equipment, cleaning products.
Ability to perform job functions in compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety policies and best practices.
Must maintain regular and punctual attendance.
