About The Position

Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) is seeking a Facility Manager to support the daily operations of our adolescent PHP/IOP behavioral health program. This role ensures the program runs smoothly by supervising Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), managing schedules, and overseeing key administrative and facility operations.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced behavioral health environment and enjoys supporting teams, managing operations, and helping create a structured, supportive program for adolescents.

Requirements

• 2+ years of operations, administrative, or supervisory experience (behavioral health preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Eligible for DCF & AHCA Level 2 background screening

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)
• Create and manage staff schedules and daily program coverage
• Ensure smooth program flow and a safe, structured environment for clients
• Manage daily schedules, including groups and provider appointments
• Oversee attendance tracking, census reporting, and documentation
• Coordinate facility needs, supplies, and general administrative operations
• Support incident reporting and basic compliance processes
