This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement operations, supplier management, and strategic sourcing. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals to support purchasing activities, analyze market trends, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives. Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Rising sophomore (entering junior year in the fall) with the ability to complete two internship rotations prior to graduation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support buyer teams with daily tasks.
  • Analyze purchase requisitions.
  • Monitor supplier performance and help resolve delivery or quality issues.
  • Maintain procurement records and update databases with accurate information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, and operations.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and cost analysis projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
