About The Position

Family Law Attorney needed to join a small downtown Oakland, CA Law Firm working in Family Law for San Francisco Bay Area clients. This is a fully REMOTE position and yet you do need to live in the Bay Area as to be able to occasionally meet with clients or make court appearances, etc. To be considered, you will need to have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience practicing in all areas of Family Law, be able to work remotely, and be extremely dependable and organized. You will have a Paralegal to assist you, be provided with office equipment and all supplies you would need. Benefits are provided and include: paid vacation and sick leave, health, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, paid bar dues and MCLE along with discretionary bonuses. Salary is $180-200K DOE.
